Data Processing Agreement

1. Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data by Glaze OS Ltd on behalf of the customer in connection with the provision of services.

2. Roles of the Parties

The Customer is the data controller and Glaze OS Ltd is the data processor of the personal data. Glaze OS Ltd will only process personal data in accordance with the Customer's documented instructions.

3. Security Measures

Glaze OS Ltd shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing.

4. Sub-processors

The Customer authorizes Glaze OS Ltd to engage sub-processors to process personal data. Glaze OS Ltd shall inform the Customer of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of sub-processors.
